Factual discrepancies,, and a logical disconnect.

First, there was no "criminal" activity. And none planed from the forum posting and stated purpose on their site. and therefor no reason to hide.

Also, from what has been revealed in court, they have committed no crime. The baseless accusations do not stand the light of day.

It seems they were targeted for purely personal reasons by a member of another militia, shortly after they were formed. They were targeted because this individual did not like their Christian Beliefs.

The most glaring logical disconnect comes from the fact that just days prior to their arrest they were working with the local police in community service, and with another local militia that then denied any contact with them.

The problem does not lie with the Hutaree.
It is a problem with Government. And with prejudice.

The article starts with false assumptions, and continues with twisted logic.

While it may be true for an active resistance movement (or even a criminal enterprise) It should not be true for a Constitutional Militia.

The militia should not hide.

However in light of this and other events, it may be wise to transition from Lawful Militia to A Resistance.
