Most militias are organized more like leaderless resistance cell groups than a military hierarchy.

Their plan is do as they did at Hue during Tet. They will get all they can as rapidly as they can before word gets out. They would prefer to imprison us for propaganda purposes but those carrying out the missions will gladly execute us.
There is no doubt in my mind that is what we can expect. No doubt whatsoever.
