ObamaCare may be repealed, but the ruling that Roberts (piss be upon his name) made will stand as precedent until reversed by a future court. If the government wants you to do/buy/not do/not buy something, the .gov can penalize you and call it a tax permissible under this ruling.

Upshot of this ruling? Freedom died.

If you own a gun, the .gov can now tax you. Don't want to fly the Obama re-election flag? The .gov can tax you. This may/will not happen overnight, but I will guarantee you that our children and grand-children will be paying. This government is definitely of the Fabian sort. They may not acheive their goals today, but inch by inch they will creep forward and get there.

Roberts (piss be upon his name for all eternity) just gave them not an inch... but a mile. The dumbass didn't even consider that if this is a tax, it has to originate in the House, as all revenue raising devices must per the US Constitution. Not that he ever deigned to consult such a document before.

That may be the only avenue of 'appeal' left to us that doesn't discard the ballot box and leave us with the only box left; the soap and jury boxes have proved for naught already.
