I heard some twit on msnbc comparing gun ownership to drivers licenses he went on to say you shouldn't have a gun unless you've been trained.
Ya know...actually the twit is right and doesn't even realize it.
The founding fathers were very clear that the right to keep and bear was also a duty of citizenship. Back then everyone was required by law to arm and equip themselves and attend regular musters and training.
