The soldier was not identified for obvious reasons.

Note also that soldier X didn't say that what he was told was being implemented nationwide. What he said was that it was a briefing of his local unit.

May be the local officer was just running off at the mouth.

Then again, one year ago a fed told me essentially the same thing...that people like me would be the first taken out WHEN they implement martial law.
