so buy carrying out these warrants he wasn't breaking the law or going against the constitution.

Now, I think Comifornia allows the use of certain drugs under certain circumstances. that being said, if their local sheriff were to seize drugs from those that are allowed to lawfully have them then I would agree that, that sheriff could not be trusted.
