My state constitution specifically says that the rights enumerated within it can never be revoked by any future gov. Further it says that if our government ever becomes tyrannical, we retain the right and the duty to revolt against it.

When the original States Ratified the Constitution they accepted the Main Body of the Constitution along with the First Ten Amendments, and the States which Joined at a later date also had to accept the entire Constitution as a Condition for becoming a State.

They can't now decide they don't like a certain part of the Constitution and refuse to follow it.
