The mental health angle is going to nab a lot of gun owners before open hostilities commence. I've had a few people tell me local cops use the "are you okay?" line to bait you into 'admitting' you're not, and therefore fitting within the legal flytrap of being mentally off. Yes, it is a broadening of the "insanity" thing. I have seen the baiting too, and it is getting more common in some workplaces.
All it takes is someone baiting someone to anger, make a phone call, show any emotion whatsoever, and you are "unstable".
Now for the clincher: show no emotion at all, and you are "sociopathic".
