As some bloggers suggested the Hollow Points are intended to be used as Training I call BS, also suggested they were to be used to stop collateral Damage against Soft Targets(US)..I think this Purchase is an attempt to Prohibit civilian Sales, and further the Drying up of ammo, that is being bought by Panicked Patriots...We will get no Answers from the Congress or the DHS..They have declared War on us, and this is a defacto Gun Ban!
