How do you serve 30 years and only be a Captain? That's kind of pushing the lower side of the envelope even if he made E6 before going OCS.

I am with Bill Alexander at this point. If the ammo shortage ended by late February, then I would be calling bullshit, but the shortage is still happening and there is no way they could have absorbed the entire production AND import (IMI, IVI, PMC all of which are foreign sourced) just on that one contract.

There is also apparently no Russian, Israeli, South African, Korean or Canadian ammo available for sale either.
