How many round are we looking at per pallet? 50K rounds per pallet? Being a heavy load, a half dozen pallets might still all just fit in one semi-trailer, and if that is going to a FLETC (training center), and you are looking at 2k rounds burned per trainee (they burn a lot more live ammo than a military basic trainee does, but maybe something comparable to a military basic trainee's ammo allocation, plus an infantry school trainee's ammo allocation.

It seems like they are standing up a force that is roughly half the power of the cold war era Marine Corps.

Big facility by law enforcement agency standards. From the looks of their website, they train agents from 91 agencies in some sort of standardized format, then specialized training which can even go internationally.

Google maps shows an area next to the training center which appears to be a massive staging area for construction materials, like the facility is about to nearly double in size. Not quite double in size, but close to it. Massive construction and expansion though.

The place apparently has no airstrip, only a municipal airport a few miles away, and the largest terrain feature appears to be their closed circuit driving course. There is a small simulated town in the northwestern part, no clearly indicated rifle ranges. I suspect some of the larger featureless buildings might contain indoor shooting ranges. Google earth street level shows a lot of construction going on at the place.
