If you really want to understand the local issue over there, look up Meir Kahane on the subject, especially in the months before he was killed by the organization which later morphed into Al Qaeda.

He said that when he was in Israel, the solution he saw was a single state with Palestinians being integrated as citizens, and while the Jewish religion would be the official religion, the practice of other religions would not be banned, provided they followed Jewish law, which is the most generous to foreign religions in the region. Under Jewish law for instance, there is very little official favoritism compared to Sharia Law, which always favors one person over another based on religion. Also understand that Sharia law is a religious ranking system, for example, it would favor Christians above Bhuddists or pagan faiths.

Kahane said that it was secular Jews, many of whom were actually Marxists who were instigating Palestinian resistance. Remember that Kahanes organization, the JDL was rabidly anti-communist back in the day, or should I say more correctly, anti Bolshevist. They actually ran a few of their own communes and a Kibbutz in Israel, but were otherwise hostile to the Communist party and were known to have been stalking Yasser Arafat who they said had KGB backing. (Turned out to be true). They also were implicated in some attacks on Soviet consulates in the U.S. And Canada. Arafat, interestingly enough, was also a high ranking Freemason. That's why he was the recognized diplomatic contact for so many people around the world.

There is a faction in Israel pushing for the one state solution which integrates Muslims into a more inclusive modern Israeli society. That's where their current alliance with the Saudi royals comes from along with a lot of banking connections out of Dubai.

The real problem I see from over here on the USA side of things is that the people over there are not at all being straight with us about what the alliances and factions really are. 25 years ago, there was little or no ambiguity about who was who and what was what. Nowadays, you never know who is going to be friendly or not, let alone who is worthy of spilling blood in alliance with. Everyone Jewish may punch their timecard with the IDF or low level Mossad operations at one time or another, then who knows what the fuck they might be up to ten years later. Then you get various factions, Jewish teenagers hating their parents and converting to Islam. People in the IDF and Mossad acting as agents in place for Palestinian factions, the remnants of Kahanes group killing Prime minister Rabin a while back. The CIA and Defense department run full time experts who try to keep on top of at and still get it wrong on a regular basis. Get it wrong, or more often than not, went native with one faction or another.

Bottom line, whatever goes down, we need to make sure their bullshit influences our situation as little as possible.
