It is now reported on CNN that Farook was Radicalized and also reported on CBS that neither Farook or his female accomplice were on the Terrorist Watch List.

So even if the Obama and the rest of the Progressive Scum got their wish of Preventing anyone on the Terrorist Watch List from Purchasing Firearms it would not have prevented this Tragedy, since these two Terrorists are not on the WATCH LIST.
