Let's just get the names of the order givers, verify their chain of command that was on site, make enough money available to attract professionals who can handle the job in a public and expeditious manner, then let the world know how American professionals clean house. See how much these freedom haters want to go talking shit and giving the order to kill when it gets out that there are prices on their heads which are high enough to attract professionals, or even better, get some of their own to switch sides.
