If farmers are prevented from using Manure as they have been doing forever then they will be forced to use Chemical Fertilizers which they will have to pay for, driving up their costs.

Maybe forcing farmers to Buy Fertilizer to drive up the costs of farming and making it harder to survive is the reason behind what the FDA is doing.

If farmers can't earn a living then it will make it easier for the Feds to steal their land.
