The sentence enhancements can fuck you up badly. Some protectors throw it around like crazy. Heard of it being used in labor disputes in Texas.

Guy I met was a contractor in Texas and had some problem with someone, so they tossed him off the construction site and would not pay him. First, they got go inmy about not paying him, then has the cops show up to prevent him from entering to retrieve his equipment. Of course at that point, sure he traded threats, problem for him was the site supervisor knew the district attorney. When the contractor went to file theft charges for his equipment once he found out it had "disappeared" from the job site, they told him to,drop the complaint or it would be a terrorism charge.

Turns out they were not bluffing, he got hit with the terrorism charge. Not sure if he was convicted, but they sure kept his equipment. It seems the people who went after Strat know that script too.
