Lord Vader my comment wasn't directed at you or anyone..
The rules on how .gov is to operate are only enforce when it benifits .gov ie profit positions of office etc.
Whether any want to ignore it or admit it..the people,the land,natural resources are collateral for the National debt. Anything else or left is for sale to the highest bidder.
