The Logan Act is probably unconstitutional, and certainly bullshit. But if you're going to criticize Michael Flynn for possibly violating it, you should do the same for Kerry, who was
definitely violating it. As a practical matter though, I find it hard to criticize anyone for trying to promote peace.
