Mr. Vieira has certainly produced some of the most extensive research and the most outstanding work done on this subject. It is both extremely educational and inspirational, and I appreciate his work.

However, legislative changes that will bring us back to the Constitution and original concepts of the Bill of Rights and our God-given Freedoms will not even be considered seriously until:

1. The citizens of this country see that this government is incapable of providing safety and security at all times and all places.

2. The citizens see that the economic agenda of this government is NOT that of promoting private enterprise in a competitive market, but one of incremental socialism (allowing big business and government to kill small private enterprise, followed by the nationalization of big business).

3. The citizens themselves see that a tyrannical police state is NOT something under which they want to raise their children.

4. The citizens begin to see their own personal responsibilities in the type of government which is permitted to be in power.

Can this happen ? Anything is possible. But, until it does, I don't foresee a time when the government will legislate any laws which would restore freedoms and responsibilities back to the people. They are too busy collecting perks, kick-backs, and benefits for themselves from the NWO socialist/Nazi's to even THINK about their constituents.

The above conditions COULD POSSIBLY be brought about by a SHTF scenario. And, we may be only weeks or months away from that. But, there again, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the sheeple to come to logical conclusions right away...if ever.

Vieira's recommendations of legislation might be much more appropriate if presented to a new citizen's government formed after the implosion of the current one. Maybe that's what he had in mind to begin with.
