I read the article below earlier this morning. It's a 2017 concept paper on political warfare prepared by Rich Higgin's for POTUS in 2017 before Gen McMaster removed him and Cohen-Watnick from NSC.

You can also see the Khashoggi case is another political warfare story, as is the judge in the Papadopoulos case throwing out in PapaD's bid to prove malfeasance by the FBI and exit his plea deal for "lying to the FBI." It's pretty clear that the US government attempted to entrap him for some reason.
