airforce Administrator Senior Member Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 23,935 Tulsa	It's hard to know what's going on in North Korea, and even harder to know what's going on in Kim Jong Un's mind. I'm inclined to think this is something Kim is using to keep certain factions in his army on his side, and/or something to use as a bargaining chip in further talks. But I sure hope our intelligence services know more about this than I do. Onward and upward, airforce
