My wife and I bought one of those “Mylar bag sealers”, a mass of bags and O2 absorbers. Each oof the last two summers we have sealed up bunches of stuff that is stored in totes in the climate controlled basement. Oatmeal, maltomeal, powdered milk, rice, dehydrated retried beans, dehydrated onions, French onions soup, mashed potato flakes, elbow noodles.

With the way these are sealed up... how low by should these be good for?

I will probably start rotating some of these after a few years to package fresh stuff if they will be going bad.
