Funny thing...if a state wants abortion it's their right. But, in every case I know of where a state attempts to limit abortion some fed judge steps in and rules it unconstitutional.

Roe v. Wade needs to be overturned. There are two ways to do it, through a new Supreme Court ruling, or through a constitutional amendment. I don't see either of those happening anytime soon.
Is anyone surprised that Chief Justice Roberts joined with the four liberal justices to form the majority?
