No one complained when other Presidents ordered a strike on a suspected terrorist. But, suddenly it's a constitutional crisis when Trump does it.
The current kongress is too stupid to wipe their own ass let alone declare war. This bunch would have to investigate each other for ten years, form 20 conflicting committees and debate the matter for a decade before deciding that they couldn't reach a consensus.
