Rand Paul, Mike Lee, and Justin Amash did. I'm pretty sure Thomas Massie did too, but I'll have to check. But you're right, Democrats were pretty silent when Obama and Hillary were taking out Khadafy in Libya. Not that they're hypocrites, or anything like that.
