The 'authorities' used to be able to SHOOT to KILL looters!

They BETTER stay with buisnesses and Municiple buildings and Politicians houses. They get stupid and threaten folks homes and St Louis will be a peaceful example. I will not just wave my weapons. I was trained in how to use them!
After the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, the order was given that looters would be "shot on sight." There was no looting and, as far as I know, no one was shot either.
These days, if you use a firearm to warn away rioters, you're liable to find yourself in jail. District Attorneys can be douchebags, too.
