In 2011 I shuttered by business to take a job managing a couple of shops for a major leasing company in my area. It took 9 1/2 years, but I found myself a victim of Diversity and Inclusion. How am I a victim you may ask? Well, I don't believe in Diversity and inclusion. I believe you can either do the job or you can't. You learn how to conduct repairs you've never done, or you don't. It is plain and simple. I don't care what you call yourself. I don't care what you look like. I don't care what you do on your time. I care that you are able and willing to do the job at hand. It got to the point where I couldn't enforce company policy with out getting a weekly discussion with cooperate HR and being told I was too hard on my guys. I left, and started working for myself again in 2020 and finally found myself again. All that being said, I am not going to assimilate to the lefts idea of America. I am not going to allow them to round up my family or friends. We stand together, or we fall.
