The next step is to clearly define what our CORE principles are, then regroup and find a new way to carry out our mission. You “sea dragons” are an incredible assets because you’ve seen how well intended plans can get highjacked and go sideways, as well as the consequences of poor planning/implementing of plans. You’ve also seen traps that our adversaries like to utilize and how to spot them.
