Mike V. emphatically made it clear... the 3% is a concept NOT an organization/ That was never Mike's intent nor purpose when he started the movement.
Any organization should be LOCAL. The infernal net is good for sharing information and intel but not worth a damn for organization. Social media is nothing but a honey pot meant from the start to entrap people. Again think globally, ACT locally.
