Meanwhile, a British source published via Twitter ‘RUSSIA PUBLISHES DOCUMENTS ALLEGING UKRAINE AND US WERE WORKING ON ANTHRAX AND PLAGUE IN BIOLABS’ …’BREAKING: Russia publishes documents which show Ukraine was working on biological weapons near russian borders — such as Anthrax and Plague & that the pentagon has instructed to destroy them — violating article 1 UN prohibition of biological weapons. — These are US funded labs’…

So these allegations are out there and of course the mainstream media in the US are not making this the important story it should be.

So for all of the neocon (neokommie) news outlets-before you shout ‘conspiracy theory’!-let’s take a look at the news that you refuse to report on…

US Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland told Sen. Marco Rubio during a hearing that the labs do indeed exist.

Boom.

Rubio stated…’If there’s a biological or chemical weapon incident or attack inside of Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians that would be behind it?’…

To which Nuland replied: “There is no doubt in my mind Senator, and it is classic Russian technique to blame on the other guy what they’re planning to do themselves.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is Victoria Nuland and the US politicians who are guilty of (what is a Marxist technique) blaming the opposition (the Russians) of doing what they themselves are now, by Nulands own admission, are GUILTY of? The 26 labs were/are funded by the leadership of the United States of America and yet Nuland has the temerity to blame the Russians in advance for a biological event in the Ukraine when it is the United States who is responsible for the presence of the labs in the first place!

Author, filmmaker and news content aggregator Steve Quayle has repeatedly said to the effect-‘Before Russia and China destroy America The Lord will reveal The sins of the leaders to the people and the sins of the people before their God’ (for one support of this statement please see the testimony/dreams of Pastor Dimitru Duduman-#25). Victoria Nuland just got the ball rolling with her admission in a public forum that America’s funding of the 26 bio weapons labs in the Ukraine (that is diametrically opposed to the mainstream media narrative currently peddled-Russia all bad; Ukraine all good) is a recognition of the blatant sins of our leaders before us, the American People. I am not an apologist for Russia or Putin but the people of America need to take their blinders off, confess their own sins and call on the mercy of God to forgive them their sins.

It is now obvious, plain and true that America had a role in provoking the conflict we see unfolding in Europe. And that role does not come without consequence for a holy God nor even a sovereign nation who wants to protect its citizens. America’s sins have so far brought us higher gas prices, higher general prices overall and a burgeoning lack of food in our supply chain.

In the summer of 2001, two months before the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, the Department of Defense officially launched its drive to revive bioweapons research by sending a report to Congress, authored by Kadlec, pleading that the military’s system for developing vaccines to protect troops from anthrax, smallpox, and other exotic bioweapons “is insufficient and will fail.” (67)

Beginning with the 9/11 attack, the War on Terror triggered a tectonic shift in global security priorities and elephantine ripples in defense spending patterns across the globe as open democracies began shifting to a security state footing. The revival of US government interest in germ warfare opened new opportunities. The US biodefense budget went from $137 million in 1997 to $14.5 billion for 2001–2004.(68)

Every agency with a colorable claim to a National Security function paddled out frantically to barrel the money tsunami. Between 2001 and 2014, the United States spent around $80 billion on biodefense. Since germ weaponry was still illegal, vaccines became a critical euphemism for the revival of the multibillion-dollar bioweapons industry. Pentagon sources told Science Magazine that the military was applying for “a sweeping overhaul of how the federal government develops vaccines to protect both the military and civilians.”(69)

The Pentagon’s assault on the vaccine space was both an opportunity and threat to Dr. Fauci and NIAID. US Vice President Cheney and his PNAC confederates found some convenient loopholes in the Geneva Convention through which they drove a fortyfold expansion in spending in biological weapons research. The Department of Defense had strict systems in place to ensure compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention. Those restrictions limited the Pentagon’s freedom to undertake new research programs, particularly those referred to as “the leading edge of biodefense.” Cheney’s response, recalls Professor Richard Ebright, “was to transfer this research from the Department of Defense to the National Institutes of Health, specifically to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). By about 2004, this transfer was complete, and NIAID had been transformed into an arm of the defense sector.”(70)

This made the NIAID Director Anthony Fauci a major player in biodefense and germ warfare.

The Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Vladimirovna Zakharova, told the United States on Wednesday, “We have found your biological weapons!”

“There was statement made by the Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, leave no doubt, will not give Washington to be silent this time. Their attempts, while spilling blood, to find biological and chemical weapons throughout the world. We have found your own products. We have found your biological material. As it turns out it was all happening in Ukraine,” RT, Russia state-affiliated media reported.

Russia now demands the US to explain bio labs in Ukraine.

Russia accused the U.S. of violations of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention and has covered it up.

This comes after State Department official Victoria Nuland admitted in her testimony on Tuesday that the US has biolabs in Ukraine.

On Tuesday, the official spokesman for the China Communist Government confronted the United States on its 336 biological labs in 30 countries around the world. According to China, there are 26 US biological labs in Ukraine alone.
