In all honesty, I don't have any problem with that. If billionaires want to create a nature preserve
with their own money, and they're not using the government to force the ranchers and farmers to sell to them, that's their business.
I'm not real sure how it would negatively impact neighboring farms and ranches, but they also had the option of buying or leasing the land themselves. They chose not to. This is simply the free market at work.
