Yes, with any major catastrophe - war, global disaster.... 90% would die likely in the first 90 days. The question is who would be the 10% left? What will they do? A 90% reduction would reduce the US population to that of around the Civil War. But with the knowledge we have today. Emergency Medicine - saving the world from themselves, one at a time. "Thou shalt not be a victim, thou shalt not be a perpetrator, but, above all, thou shalt not be a bystander." I make the ADL soil themselves. And that makes me very happy
