Ghettoct; Just in the case you don't know how to do an AAR, here's a simple rule:

EACH individual involved in an action, sits down, (AFTER THAT ACTION IS OVER...ASAP) and writes EVERYTHING that transpired, happened, right/wrong, didn't happen, right/wrong, and observations as to how the others responded, right/wrong, and how the MISSION developed, & if the goals were met, etc.

ALSO, you should explain the "WHYS & WHY NOTS" of each circumstance that you describe. And then, any suggestions you have for a better MISSION PROFILE...or ACTION.

Such a report should be WHOLEY,(as possible) void of emotional jargon & attitude.

Simply the facts, both of what happened, what you did & saw, & what you derived from the experience. The "DOS", & "DON'TS".
